STUDENT CONDUCT

7350 CORPORAL PUNISHMENT

Corporal punishment as a means of discipline shall not be used against a student by any employee or agent of this School District.

However, if a District employee or agent uses physical force against a student for the purposes of self-protection, protection of others, or protection of property, he or she shall within the same school day, make a report to the Superintendent describing in detail the circumstances and the nature of the action taken.

The Superintendent of Schools shall submit a written report to the required authorities as dictated by law.
